Meet Bruce Chance
Bruce was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, and graduated from Severn High School. He received an Associate of Arts degree from Anne Arundel Community College, and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore.
Bruce is a Certified Diamond Grader with the GIA and an American Gem Society Registered Jeweler. He is also a member of the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA). He has been a part of the US Naval Academy Midshipman Sponsor Program since 2005.
